#BeTheChange is British Gymnastics campaign to help promote a safe and fair gymnastics across the UK. Together we can support and challenge one another to be better.
It's OK to ask for help no matter how you are involved in gymnastics and if you see something that's not right, say something - there's always someone you can talk to. Let’s look out for one another.
A small change can make a huge impact - so what will you do to #BeTheChange?
Whether you are a coach, parent, or gymnast – safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and if you see or experience something that doesn’t feel right, we urge you to say something.
